Yes, a refundable deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected during check-in for any damage. The deposit is collected in cash and returned at the check-out after checking the cottage.

The parking slots are available at each cottage houses. There is a free parking space for 3-4 cars. 

Each of our 5 houses can comfortably accommodate 8 people and up to 10.
3 separate bedrooms are available:

• The first one with a large double bed,
• The second one also with a double bed,
• The third with a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed downstairs.

At 8 people everyone sleeps in the bedrooms, and at 10 people two people can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.

Yes, the cottages are all year round and heated with a modern heat pump, which ensures a comfortable stay also on frosty days. Each room has a separate thermostat, so you can conveniently adjust the temperature to your own preferences.

Yes, each of our 5 cottages has private garden tub at the exclusive disposal of the guests of this cottage.

The use of the tub is fully included in the price of the cottage rental – We do not charge any additional fees. The tub is heated with wood, which we provide on the spot, so during your stay you can use it at will, without restrictions.

At each new booking fresh water is poured into the tub. The tub is also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every time to ensure maximum comfort and safety for guests.

Yes, the tub is an ideal attraction also in winter  – it’s magical to sit and enjoy overlooking the surrounding mountains also when snowing.

Dzianisz is located in a quiet neighborhood near Zakopane, About 20 minutes by car. 

You can reach Termy Chochołowskie (Thermal Baths of Chochołowski) in 5 min approx. It’s the perfect place to relax in thermal pools at any time of the year.

Yes, you will find numerous pedestrian trails in the area, fantastic for hiking, such as the Kościeliska Valley and the Chochołowska Valley, bicycle routes, as well as attractions of Podhale – Termy Chochołowskie, Zakopane, ski lifts and regional inns. We will be happy to tell you what to see there.

Yes, you can shop in our area without any problems. There is a well-stocked supermarket about 5-minutes by car (or about a 30-minute walk). There are also smaller shops at a similar distance, which are often also open on Sundays.

Yes, our cottages are perfect for families with children. There is a playground on the premises, each house has a feeding chair, and for the youngest we can provide a baby cot on request. There is also a lot of safe, open space to play and run outdoors in the area.

For the comfort of all guests and allergies, unfortunately, we do not accept animals in the houses. 

Yes, for the comfort of all guests, please observe quiet hours between 10 PM – 8 AM. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated places. 

Our cottages are mainly intended for family rest and stay in a quiet atmosphere. For the comfort of all guests, it is forbidden to play loud music and make noise outside. It is forbidden to organize stag and hen parties in the houses.

In most cases navigation Google Maps leads correctly to our facility. After booking, we send guests detailed directions.

There is a forest but paved road leading to our cottages, regularly maintained and cleared of snow in winter, so no 4×4 drive required – you can easily reach it in an ordinary passenger car. In winter, as everywhere in the mountains, we recommend, of course, good winter tires, and in case of very heavy snowfall, be especially careful.
